DESCRIPTION:Overview\n\n\n\n\nAn Evening of Ambient Electronics\, Synth-Driven Soundscapes & Sonic Exploration. \n\n\n\n\nFrequency Sound 528 invites you to an immersive evening featuring Kelowna electronic artist Liminal\, whose captivating live performances blur the boundaries between ambient music\, synth-pop\, industrial textures\, and nostalgic 80s melancholy. \nAbout Liminal\nLiminal is a solo electronic sound project emerging from Kelowna\, BC. \nDrawing inspiration from electronic music pioneers\, early industrial artists\, ambient sound design\, and synth-driven storytelling\, Liminal crafts atmospheric sonic journeys that oscillate between textured synthesizer grooves and the surreal calm of a haunted waiting room. \nSince launching in 2023\, Liminal has steadily built a dedicated following through immersive live performances that combine original electronic compositions with captivating visual elements. What begins as subtle ambience gradually unfolds into rich\, cinematic soundscapes that invite listeners into a deeply personal and introspective experience. \nAfter years spent playing drums in various cover bands\, a chance encounter with a small Arturia synthesizer sparked a creative evolution that would become Liminal. Several synthesizers and experimental devices later\, the project has shared stages with acclaimed acts including This Quiet Army (Montreal)\, Too Much Light (Vancouver)\, Little Jungles (Kelowna)\, Danielle Savage (Penticton)\, The Worried Chest (Peachland)\, and Lurker (Penticton).
