DESCRIPTION:Since the summer of 2022\, Tuesday nights at micro + bar and bites are home to live music from 7:30pm-9:30pm. Our curated schedule is comprised of talented musicians\, performing in an intimate\, listening-style environment. And of course\, the music is designed to be enjoyed with friends new and old over creative cocktails and tasty tapas. \nOver 100+ nights of music have been held at our cozy bar\, featuring a variety of Okanagan talent representing genres such as singer-songwriter\, soul\, blues\, latin folclórica\, and eastern-European jazz. \nGiven that our seating is limited (and we do not take reservations)\, we recommend you come early to secure your spot at the bar and enjoy an unforgettable night of live music\, great cocktails\, and a few bites from our tapas menu. ⁠

DESCRIPTION:Ryan Donn 8 – 9pm \nScottish/Canadian singer-songwriter Ryan Donn returns to Creekside Theatre on Friday\, May 8th for a special night of live music that blends nostalgia and originality. Known for his rhythmic acoustic style and smooth\, melodic vocals\, Ryan delivers a set filled with his original songs featured on Canadian Radio and U.S. television and some well-loved covers from the 90’s. This show will also feature some new songs he is set to record and release this summer/fall. \nThis show Ryan Donn will be backed up by his full band featuring Nick Garding on electric guitar\, D’Arcy Booth on bass\, and Dylan Ranney on drums. The evening opens with a special guest set featuring Lyla Donn\, a top three finalist in the Revelry Top Talent Competition\, plus a few other surprise appearances. \nKailee Duggan 7 – 7:45pm \nKailee Duggan\, an Okanagan-based artist\, has been honing her smooth\, soulful folk sound since picking up a guitar at eight years old. Influenced by Norah Jones and The Beatles\, Kailee writes with heartfelt vulnerability\, using music as a way to process life’s experiences and confront her emotions. From intimate living room house concerts to festival stages like Fireside and Nest Fest\, Kailee has captivated audiences with her relatable stories of growth and introspection\, all delivered with a humble and light-hearted charm. \nLast year Kailee released her debut single\, So Bad at Being Alone! which earned airtime on CBC Radio One. Since then\, she has collaborated with multi-instrumentalist D’Arcy Booth and accomplished musician-producer Andrew Judah to release a series of singles\, leading up to her debut album set for release in July 2025. \n
