DESCRIPTION:Numerous descriptions of Dana Sipos’ songs produce a litany of compelling phrases: gently fierce\, cosmic folk\, earthen imagery\, intimate and otherworldly. She is a songwriter who thrives on originality while embracing elements of folk\, country\, blues\, Americana and a hint of jazz. Normally Dana Sipos performs solo\, but arriving direct from the prestigious Edmonton Folk Music Festival\, she will perform with a full band for the Kelowna Folk Roots Music Society. \nDoors open at 7:00 pm.
