Red Bird’s outdoor stage is lighting up for Local Love Friday — a showcase of incredible talent from across the region. Expect indie, soul, folk, hip-hop, and genre-bending fusion as five unique artists take the stage in a four-hour celebration of musical community.

About the Artists:
CELIN delivers rich tones, groove-heavy melodies, and thought-provoking lyrics. Her genre-defying blend of R&B, indie-folk, and pop explores identity, mental health, and social pressure—wrapped in emotion and grit.
MALUSI brings deep soul and passion to the stage, blending introspective lyrics with powerful vocals. Formerly of award-winning duo MABALEKA, his sound draws from Ben Howard, Frank Ocean, and Dermot Kennedy.
ELODIE & FRIENDS offer a bilingual mix of soulful pop and francophone folk. With heartfelt lyrics and a warm, enveloping voice, Elodie paints stories of love and the natural world.
SATOSHI YANO BAND takes you on a poetic journey through indie, alt, and hip-hop soundscapes. A magnetic stage presence and raw honesty make Satoshi one of Kelowna’s most compelling emerging artists.
JODIE B closes the night with her signature blend of live-looped electronica, soul, and hip-hop. A multi-talented performer and local legend, her sets are as inspiring as they are dance-worthy.
