Jon Bentley
Bentley is a Juno nominated jazz saxophonist based in Vancouver, Canada with over 30 years of professional international experience and 30+ recordings as a leader and sideman.
His recording credits and concert roster include Kenny Wheeler, Seamus Blake, Dave Douglas, Mark Helias, Brad Turner, Eddie Daniels, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Phil Dwyer’s Saxophone Summit, The Temptations, Frankie Valli, Peggy Lee Band and Metalwood.
As an international touring artist he is seen on stages throughout Canada and Europe and regularly featured on CBC Radio with live and studio recordings for Tonic, The Signal, Jazzbeat, West Coast Performance, Hot Air, and Arts National.
Jon is currently celebrating his brand new March 2025 album release for Cellar Music entitled “Go Ahead!”
