Red Bird Roadhouse

Every Road Leads Somewhere. This One Leads to Allan Rayman.
The road trip of the summer ends here.
On Saturday, June 27, Backyard Sessions returns with Red Bird Roadhouse, an immersive outdoor concert experience inspired by late-night highways, glowing motel signs, roadside dive bars, and the timeless romance of the open road.
Headlined by Canadian alt-R&B and indie-rock icon Allan Rayman, Red Bird Roadhouse transforms the brewery into a destination somewhere between a forgotten desert highway stop and a dreamlike road trip soundtrack. Expect vintage-inspired décor, themed cocktails, flash tattoos, a selfie booth, and an unforgettable night of live music under the Okanagan sky.
This isn’t just a concert.
It’s a place.
A feeling.
A stop along the journey you’ll be talking about long after summer is over.
Headlining the evening is Allan Rayman, one of Canada’s most distinctive and compelling artists. Known for his genre-defying blend of alternative R&B, indie rock, hip-hop, and atmospheric storytelling, Rayman has built a fiercely loyal fanbase around the world while remaining one of music’s most enigmatic figures.
Since the release of Hotel Allan in 2016, Rayman has accumulated more than 250 million streams, sold out tours across Canada, the United States, and Europe, and performed at major festivals including Reading & Leeds, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Rifflandia, and more. His acclaimed catalogue includes Roadhouse 01, Roadhouse 02, Christian, Harry Hard-On, The All Allan Hour, and most recently #1 Girl.
Known for his cinematic songwriting, moody soundscapes, and captivating live performances, Allan Rayman creates the kind of atmosphere that feels intimate, mysterious, and unforgettable all at once.
Additional supporting artists will be announced soon.
Throughout the evening, guests can explore themed experiences inspired by the Roadhouse concept, including vintage-inspired photo opportunities, roadside motel aesthetics, immersive décor, specialty cocktails, and interactive surprises designed to make the entire property feel like a destination of its own.
Expect neon glow, weathered textures, desert colours, summer nostalgia, and the feeling of pulling into a roadside stop you never planned to visit but never want to leave.

Direct Support: Emmett Jerome
Supporting the evening is Vancouver singer-songwriter Emmett Jerome, an artist whose music feels perfectly suited to the Roadhouse atmosphere.
Blending country, rock, and Americana influences, Jerome’s songs are rooted in lived experience, road stories, heartache, and the pursuit of authenticity. After beginning his career busking on the streets of Vancouver, he developed a reputation as a compelling storyteller and road-tested performer. His releases Rocky Mountain Son and It Ain’t Me showcase a songwriter equally inspired by classic country troubadours, heartland rock, and timeless Americana.
With a weathered voice, sharp songwriting, and a sound reminiscent of forgotten Springsteen B-sides and Dylan deep cuts, Emmett Jerome brings a raw honesty that feels right at home on the Red Bird Roadhouse stage.
Opening Set: Satoshi Yano
Opening the evening is Kelowna’s own Satoshi Yano.
A genre-fluid artist whose music blends alternative, hip-hop, R&B, and indie influences, Satoshi creates deeply personal songs that explore love, heartbreak, self-reflection, and the search for meaning. His thoughtful lyricism and captivating stage presence have made him one of the Okanagan’s most exciting emerging artists.
Drawing listeners into a poetic stream of consciousness through his music, Satoshi’s performance will set the tone for an evening built around storytelling, atmosphere, and connection.
The music is only part of the experience.
Throughout the evening, guests can capture memories at our Roadhouse-themed selfie booth and visit Ultra Magnetic Ink, who will be onsite offering custom flash tattoos inspired by the spirit of the event.
Whether you’re adding a little ink, snapping photos with friends, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, Red Bird Roadhouse is designed to feel like a destination rather than just a concert.
